Let the Customer do the work with you giving guidance.
Make the Customer feel good when you are done. (Don’t make them feel stupid or silly.)
Keep track of computers and in good condition.

Or Force Quit : Command-option-esc
If staff need a printer or software, go to the app Self Service (can be found under the spotlight)
If there is an issue, report it to Tech Team - Evan, Matthew, Treston, Bode and Emma
If Tech Team can’t fix it, report it to Mrs. Ferguson
